BEST presented a webcast on the GL Recons module for Balance Sheet Reconciliations in SAP. The webcast was held in conjunction with AFSUG on the 15 August 2023. BEST Product Manager, Christopher Brooks, presented on the BEST GL Recons development journey and how BEST customers are benefiting from the BEST GL Recons module functionality.

Given the gap in standard SAP functionality, BEST developed a solution in 2019 for completing and approving Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliations all within SAP. Unlike time consuming and inconsistent manual recons in Excel – and other non-SAP 3rd party solutions which require data extracts – with BEST GL Recons you can complete all Reconciliations directly in SAP. Be able to access all current and historic Reconciliations in SAP, as well as all supporting documentation.
