What do you enjoy most about working at BEST?

I enjoy the fact that we go all out to deliver the best SAP software possible with the best customer service. Second best is nowhere near as fun.

What has been your proudest accomplishment working at BEST?

I programmed the first BEST product. When the first customer actually needed it and bought it, that validated that we were on the right track.

What do you think sets BEST apart from competitors?

BEST works directly within SAP, which makes it the best reconciliation solution for SAP.

If you could use one word to describe the company culture at BEST, what would it be?

Diligence

What’s one feature or benefit of BEST that you would recommend to clients?

Automating previously manual processes. This has multiple benefits, including time-saving, accuracy, financial control and advanced reporting.

What is your educational and professional background?

I have over 28 years of SAP consulting, development, implementation and leadership experience. I’ve implemented SAP at several global organisations, performing various roles from project management and business analysis to configuration and ABAP programming.

As a founder of Minabiz and an original developer of the BEST product, my focus for the last decade and a half has been entirely devoted to radically improving SAP functionality in the financial reconciliation area through our SAP-certified add-on modules.
