What do you enjoy most about working at BEST?

I enjoy being able to deliver quality solutions to leading clients in various industries across the world. Because we’re a small, agile company, we are able to deliver world-class products consistently.

What has been your proudest accomplishment working at BEST?

My proudest moment is establishing processes and programmes that support quality delivery, which results in our clients appreciating our products and team members.

What do you think sets BEST apart from competitors?

Aside from being a quality in-SAP solution that addresses functionality gaps, our focus and response to our clients’ needs set us apart from the competition. Our strict control over projects and support tickets ensures quality client delivery.

If you could use one word to describe the company culture at BEST, what would it be?

Professionalism

What’s one feature or benefit of BEST that you would recommend to clients?

Because BEST works directly in SAP, it allows our clients to leverage their existing ERP solutions. Our in-SAP functionality is the feature I often recommend to clients.

What is your educational and professional background?

I studied Law and Psychology at Wits University, followed by Honours at Wits Business School. I have been a SAP-certified HR Consultant since 2000 and implemented on a few projects thereafter. I worked as a Project Manager on IT projects at various organisations both in the UK and SA before I joined BEST.
