At BEST, we’re all about fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration, and the recent Cape Town User Group held at The Retreat at Boschendal on 16 May 2024, was the perfect opportunity to do just that.
The BEST team hosted an afternoon of networking with industry leaders who use the BEST AP and GL modules. The event also provided guests the opportunity to hear about new functionality and product updates from the BEST team.
Henry Curtis, Managing Director of BEST, said: “It was excellent to see so many people face-to-face as opposed to online meetings. Boschendal’s beautiful and serene surroundings relaxed us all, making for a very enjoyable afternoon.”
Suresan Ellary, Vendor Recons Product Manager said: “The User Group was a great success. It was great to meet our Cape Town customers in person. It allowed us to reinforce our longstanding relationships with them and also granted them the opportunity to discuss queries and/or new requirements in person. The involvement during the Vendor Recons panel discussion was overwhelming and offered the customers opportunities to engage and discuss on key factors experienced during the reconciliation process. In summary the venue, guests and talks were all amazing and we look forward to future functions of this nature.”
“It was great to see our Cape Town based customers in person again at the beautiful Boschendal Wine Estate. I relished the opportunity to briefly discuss the BEST Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Open Item Clearing Modules. A real highlight for me was watching the animated discussions held by the audience during our Panel discussion,” Christopher Brooks, GL Product Manager added.
